RankLiz is an AI-powered local SEO analysis platform. Our service provides:

• Automated SEO audits of your website
• Competitor analysis and ranking data
• AI-generated optimization recommendations
• Blog post generation with AI
• Local SEO tracking and reporting

3. Free Trial

RankLiz offers a 1-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required. After the trial period ends, you must select a paid plan to continue using the service.

4. Paid Plans & Billing

Billing is processed through Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method:

• Monthly charges recur on the same date each month
• You may cancel your subscription anytime before the next billing cycle
• Refunds are issued within 30 days of cancellation
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use RankLiz for:

• Illegal activities or violation of laws
• Harassing, threatening, or abusive content
• Circumventing security or authentication systems
• Distributing malware or harmful code
• Scraping or automated data collection beyond authorized use
• Reselling the service without authorization

Violation of this policy may result in account termination without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your content (websites, business information) that you provide to RankLiz. We retain ownership of our platform, algorithms, and generated insights. You may not copy, modify, or distribute RankLiz content without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

RankLiz is provided "as-is" without warranties. We are not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of data or revenue
• Service interruptions or errors
• Third-party service failures

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these terms
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Abuse our service or APIs
• Do not pay required fees

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
