By accessing and using RankLiz, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of RankLiz following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.

RankLiz offers a 1-day free trial to all new users. After your free trial ends, you will be charged according to the plan you select:

• Starter Plan: $29/month (1 business profile)
• Pro Plan: $79/month (3 business profiles)
• Agency Plan: $199/month (15 business profiles)

Billing is automatically charged on a monthly basis. Payment is processed through our payment partners (Stripe/LemonSqueezy) and your credit card information is handled securely.

If you fail to make a payment, your account may be suspended until payment is received. Continued non-payment may result in permanent account termination and loss of access to your data.

You may cancel your RankLiz subscription at any time. Cancellation is effective at the end of your current billing cycle.

• No cancellation fees or penalties
• Cancel directly from your account settings
• You retain access to your account until the end of your billing period
• You can reactivate your subscription at any time

Upon cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days. After 30 days, your account and associated data will be permanently deleted.

RankLiz is provided on an "as-is" basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose
• We are not responsible for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in our service
• We are not liable for SEO results or ranking improvements (results vary by implementation)
• We are not liable for data loss due to user error or third-party services
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months

In no event shall RankLiz be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

For material changes, we will provide you with at least 30 days' notice by email or by prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of RankLiz after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

If you do not agree to any changes, please discontinue your use of the service and cancel your subscription.
